A co-founder of White Oak Center, She is a certified massage therapist, certified yoga & meditation Instructor and certified hypnotherapist.

Employing a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to meet the individual needs and objectives of each client, Elizabeth is a Natural Health Educator with a passion to help others live a healthy, natural and joyful life. White Oak Center is an alternative health center with a focus on self-care, building a wellness community in Sparta over the past 25 years.
